How To Connect Zoho Mail to Doplac | Doplac Cold Outreach

Follow these steps to connect your Zoho Mail account to Doplac:


Step 1: Access Email Settings

  • Go to your Doplac CRM account.
  • Click on "Outreach" and then "Setup" from the left menu.



  • Choose "Zoho Mail"


Step 2: Enter Your Zoho Mail Information



  • Provide your first name, last name, and email address.
  • Click "Next," then enter your email password.


Step 3: Enter Your Zoho mail details here



  • Enter your  Zoho mail password. 
  • Provide your Zoho mail IMAP Host and IMAP port.
  • Provide your Zoho mail SMTP Host & SMTP Port.


Keep in mind that Zoho doesn’t provide IMAP & SMTP for free users. 


Step 4:  Find Your Zoho IMAP/SMTP Details

  • Log in to your Zoho Mail admin console.
  • Click on mail settings, then tools & configurations.
  • Find your IMAP host, IMAP port, SMTP host, and SMTP port.
  • Copy these details from here and provide them on doplac.


Step 4: Add your reply Email



  • If you want to add any reply email, checkmark the “Set Reply-To” to add a reply email.


Step 5: Save & Verify


  • Click "Save" to connect your Zoho Mail.
  • Check your email inbox for a confirmation from Doplac CRM.
  • View account settings to check the Zoho Mail connection.


Need to Edit or Delete?


  • Click "Edit Details" to modify information.
  • Click "Disconnect Provider" and type "delete" to confirm disconnecting the Zoho account.
