Meeting Booking with Doplac - Easy Personalization

Easily create, schedule, share, and manage meetings with Doplac CRM.


Step 1: Create a New Meeting Type

  • Go to the 'Meeting Booking' section in your Doplac CRM account. Click "Event Types" and then "Create Meeting Type."
  • Name your meeting (e.g., Campaign Planning).

  • A default URL will appear. Customize it if needed, or leave it as is.

Step 2: Set Meeting Details

  • Write a meeting description (under 220 characters)

  • Set the host (your account is the default). You can also assign a team member.
  • Decide if you want attendees to be able to invite guests.
  • Choose a host designation (e.g., "Project Manager").
  • Select your meeting duration (e.g., 15 minutes).
  • Pick your communication tool (e.g., Google Meet).
  • Click "Save and Continue" after reviewing the details.


Step 3: Set Your Availability

  • Select the days and times you’re available for meetings.
  • Set your time zone.
  • Click "Save and Continue".


Step 4: Share the Meeting Link

  • Copy the meeting URL generated for your meeting type.
  • Share this URL with clients or others who need to book a meeting.


How Clients Schedule Your Appointments

  • Client client clicks the URL you shared. This will open a booking page.
  • They pick an available date and time.
  • They fill out their name and email, and click "Schedule Event".




Confirmation

  • A meeting will be confirmed on your Doplac dashboard.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to the client.


View Your Bookings

  • The dashboard will initially show upcoming events. Click "Past" or "Canceled" to view those events.
  • Use the dropdown menus to filter your bookings by:
  • Meeting Types
  • Location
  • Calendar
