Step 1: Prepare Your Accounts
Click "Outreach" and then "Setup" from the left menu. Choose "Google" Sign in to your Google Workspace Admin Console.
Step 2: IMAP and OAuth Setup in Doplac
Enable IMAP
Click "Yes, IMAP has been enabled" Choose "OAuth" as the connection method.
Copy the App ID provided by Doplac CRM.
Step 3: Configure Google Workspace Admin Console
In Google Workspace Admin Console, go to "Security" Select "Access and Data Control" and click "API Control" Click "Manage Third-Party App Access"
Click "Add App" and select "OAuth App Name or Client ID" Paste the App ID you copied from Doplac CRM and click "Search" Select the Doplac CRM app and tick the boxes for client IDs.
Click "Select" and choose the users or organizations you want to connect the app with. Click "Continue" and then "Trusted" to authorize it. Click "Finish"
Step 4: Complete OAuth Setup in Doplac CRM
Back in Doplac CRM, click "Login" Select the Google Workspace account you configured. Click "Continue" and then "Allow" to grant necessary permissions. Check account settings to see if Google Workspace is connected.
