5 Easy Steps to Create a New Cold Email Outreach Campaign

Step 1: Create a New Campaign
Navigate to the "Outreach" section in Doplac CRM and select "Campaign."
Click on "Create New Campaign." Name your campaign (e.g., "Brand Awareness") and click "Create" to move forward.
Step 2: Select Your Target Leads
Choose the list or segment of contacts you want to target for the cold email campaign.
If necessary, specify any contacts or criteria to exclude from the campaign. Click "Done," then "Upload Lead."
Step 3: Build Your Outreach Sequence
Write the subject line and body of your outreach email.
Use merge tags to personalize your emails with details like the recipient's name, company name, or industry.
Click 'Add Sequence' to add follow-up emails, and then type out each follow-up message.
Set the time gap between the initial email and follow-ups. Once completed, click "Save & Continue."
Step 4: Finalize Campaign Settings
Select the email addresses you’ll use to send the campaign. Connect your LinkedIn account if you want to include LinkedIn outreach. Choose whether to stop sending emails after receiving a reply or auto-reply.
