Upload Your Contacts in Your Doplac Account In Easy 6 Steps
Step 1 : Access the Contacts Tool
Go to the Tools section.
- Click on Contacts from the left menu.
Step 2: Explore Contact Management Options
Lists: View and manage your previously created lists. You can Edit & Modify list details.
- Export: Download your list.
- Delete: Remove the list.
- Tags: Manage your tags. Click Create New Tag to create a new tag.
- Segments: Segment your contacts for targeted actions.
Step 3: Upload Contacts
- Click on Upload Contact at the top right corner.
- Before uploading, ensure your contact list is correctly formatted.
- Choose your file by either: Dragging and dropping it or Clicking Browse to select the file.
- Click Continue to Mapping to review and map your data fields.
- Click Continue to Status.
Step 4: Select or Create a List
- Choose between:
Existing List: Add contacts to a current list.
Create New List: Start a new list.
- To segment the list, click Add Tag.
- Click Confirm Upload.
Step 5: Finalize and Refresh
- Wait for the upload to complete.
- Click Refresh to view your newly uploaded contacts.
Step 6: Upload Individual Contacts (Optional)
If you prefer to upload contacts individually, click Add Contact and follow the prompts.
- To delete a list, click Delete on the right side of the list.
- Confirm by clicking Delete again and typing delete in the confirmation box.
